Hi Everyone, I just wanted to show off the post that my wonderful son made for me, to help me get up and/ or stabilize myself when I stand up from my chair, when I need it. He had the idea, designed it, used materials we had, and went to Lowe’s for the pedestal, and made this for me. I decorated it once it was finished. It’s wonderful and very helpful!   Hello again, I wanted to share a few more of my favorite things,  and maybe some of these will interest you too. Some of my Favorite shows are The Golden Girls, ( I am 45, and have been watching this show since I was 15 years old), The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Monk, Psych, Friends, The Dexter shows, and Mash.  I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of anymore right now. I often shop on Amazon, Walmart, Ulta, Hobby Lobby, Barnes and Noble, The Lego Store, Vera Bradley, Skechers and Bath and Body Works. I generally shop from home, it's easier for me, I get so dizzy and exhausted when we are out. I think in my next post, I will share some of the wonderful items that I have purchased on Amazon, that have really helped me manage the many many symptoms I am dealing with on a daily basis.   Hi again, I am not sure If I am reaching anyone, but I will write anyway. I thought I would share a few things that make me smile and bring me happiness. I have a loving husband of 21 years, and an amazing son who is 19! They are always taking care of me, and making sure I am okay, and helping me do all sorts of things. My parents, are amazing, and also so very supportive! I also have some amazing friends and family, and extended friends of friends, and so on, that are also so wonderful, and supportive. I love the color purple, and I love to coordinate colors, and outfits, even when I never leave the house, and that can often be for a week or more at a time. Sometimes, that's because I need to stay home because I have lists in every room, or because I am not feeling well. Sometimes, it's a choice. I love Vera Bradley bags of all kinds and sizes and colors, Skechers shoes, of all colors, I do have a few favorite types of shoe. I love The Pioneer Woman...

Hi everyone, I spent last week in Asheville, NC, at the AVORA health center where I completed a 5 day long therapy session in the Gyrostim machine. There were 4 meetings/ evaluations with the doctor, and then 10 therapy sessions, 2 a day. They did multiple tests and I got some valuable information and exercises and I believe the therapy will have positive effects, not a cure, but perhaps I’ll be able to make a grocery store trip a little longer without having a major dizzy episode. I’d like to share a few pictures and videos with you all, and perhaps they will be of some interest and help to you.               Good Morning All, I am new to blogging, as this is my first time. I am Sarah, and I have a few hidden disabilities, and like many of you, they have changed my life in many impactful ways. I want to share my journey with you, and I hope you will share your journey with me also. I feel that together we can help and support each other, and that is one of the biggest and most important part of all of this!
